Spencer Rattler calls Tennessee victory, ‘One of the best wins ever in college football history’

After upsetting No. 5 Tennessee Saturday night, South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler had bold comments about the magnitude of the win.
South Carolina was coming off a loss where it scored just 6 points against Florida. Its offense flipped the switch completely against the Vols.
The loss for Tennessee means that its College Football Playoff hopes are shot, barring any miracles.
The game was certainly one of the biggest upsets in a long time, but Rattler believes that the game was more than just an upset.
“This is a game we’ve all been waiting for…we knew this game and the next one can change the narrative of the program forever,” Rattler said. “And tonight, that was one of the best wins ever in college football history.”
The win might not mean much in terms of South Carolina’s standing this season, but there were certainly recruits watching as fans stormed on to the field to celebrate the win.
