Though new Florida coach Dan Mullen is currently more concerned about solidifying the Gators’ 2018 recruiting class, he’ll have his hands full keeping the 2019 class together.
Right now, the Gators have the No. 3 2019 class in the SEC and the No. 4 class nationally, but that was before 3-star OLB Marcus Tillman Jr. decided to decommit.
Tillman, a Florida native, announced his decision on Twitter on Wednesday night:

According to the 247Sports composite, Tillman is the No. 26 outside linebacker in the class of 2019 and the No. 64 overall recruit from the state of Florida.
Florida’s 2019 class now has six commits after Tillman left, with 4-star WR John Dunmore leading the way. It’ll be interesting to see how much of that class (largely recruited by former coach Jim McElwain) stays together under Mullen.
