Per the 247Sports composite, Bailey is the No. 5 pro-style quarterback in the 2020 class and the No. 14 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.
He has been committed to Tennessee since Nov. 29 of last year, so he could end up being the next star Tennessee quarterback if he sticks with his pledge.
