The recruiting market is heating up for the services of talented Texas high school wide receiver Alvin Mosley (Fort Bend Crawford HS), as the 4-star prospect has narrowed his college choices down to six destinations – with three SEC programs making the cut.

The No. 116 overall prospect in the 2027 class and No. 18 wide receiver in nation according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings, Mosley announced that he narrowed the list of 30-plus offers he received down to Houston, Ole Miss, SMU, TCU, Tennessee and Texas.

Mosley has yet to schedule any unofficial visits, but figures to see a few of the contending teams during the spring season before taking official visits during the summer camp schedule and ideally committing ahead of his senior season. Mosley is reportedly set to make official visits with Houston (May 28-30), Ole Miss (June 5-7), and Texas (June 12-14).

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Mosley turned in a stellar junior season at Fort Bend Crawford in 2025, hauling in 67 receptions for 1,138 yards and 20 touchdowns in 13 games. A talented basketball player as well for the Chargers, Mosley also rushed for 190 yards and seven touchdowns on 21 carries and averaged 26.1 yards per punt return with three touchdowns.
