Tua Tagovailoa is the clear-cut frontrunner to win the Heisman Trophy, but the Alabama quarterback had not revealed how he gets his day started until now.

With a nod to the executive performance chef at Alabama, Kevin Murray, Tagovailoa shared a bacon French toast wrap complete with syrup and powdered sugar. He calls it the “Tua Man Delight.”

“Such a very, very unhealthy way to start your morning,” Tagovailoa said.

If he eats that on any kind of regular basis, Alabama is fine with that kind of routine given his eye-popping numbers to start the season for the undefeated and No. 1 Crimson Tide.

Some of his numbers are so impressive, they’ve just about gone viral. Tagovailoa still hasn’t played in the fourth quarter, is averaging 19.7 yards per completion and has only seven fewer touchdown passes (18) than incompletions (25).
