Twitter abuzz with Georgia-Alabama comparisons after Bulldogs’ huge victory over Florida

Georgia made a statement in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party on Saturday afternoon, taking down the Florida Gators 42-7.
The game was never in doubt, as the Bulldogs were in control from the opening whistle.
Now at 8-0, the Bulldogs are in the driver’s seat in the SEC East and seem to be on a collision course to face No. 1 Alabama in the SEC Championship Game.
Since Georgia coach Kirby Smart was once an assistant for Nick Saban at Alabama, the comparisons between the two schools are being made more frequently these days.
Here are just a few of the things that were said about the Bulldogs and Crimson Tide on Twitter following Georgia’s big win over the Gators:
Kirby Smart has done in two years at UGA what McElwain hasnโt been able to do at UF in three years. Foley hired the wrong Saban assistant.

I don't want to hear anymore of the hypothetical scenarios that say "if Georgia loses to Bama…" UGA is on par with or better than them!

Bama should be chanting "We want Georgia."

What would hurt worse Georgia fans, Kirby leaving for the NFL, or taking over Bama when Saban retires?

I think Georgia is the best team in the country and im a die hard @AlabamaFTBL fan. The QB play from UGA destroys Bama's. #UGAvUF
