Week 7 CFB Picks
Here’s who we’re going with for the loaded Week 7 CFB slate:
Andrew Olson
Arch Manning, Texas QB: Higher than 255.5 pass yards
Good news, Florida defenders, your performance Saturday will likely be seen by NFL scouts. Bad news, itโs probably going to be on Arch Manningโs draft tape. The UF pass defense has yet to hold an SEC quarterback under 270 yards.
Malachi Toney, Miami WR: Higher than 0.5 anytime TDs
Toney is due for a bounce-back game after an off day against Clemson. Fortunately for him, he faces an FSU defense that gave up 6 passing TDs in its 2 games against ranked opponents.
Sam Leavitt, LSU QB: Higher than 245.5 pass yards
Leavitt has been remarkably better at home (265.8 ypg) than on the road (216.5 ypg). Heโs at Tiger Stadium on Saturday and gets to face a Mississippi State defense that allows 260 passing yards per game (15th in the SEC). Four of MSUโs 5 opponents have posted 279 or more passing yards.

Jadan Baugh, Florida RB: Higher than 0.5 anytime TDs
Yes, the Texas defense is stout. But Florida needs to get Baugh going in a big way. I like Baugh to find the end zone at least once. If the Gators get near the goal line, they’re going to feed their best player.
Jamal Roberts, Mizzou RB: Higher than 118.5 rush yards
Ole Miss does not have a good defense. Even if the Rebels do beat Mizzou at home this afternoon, I think the Tigers will get another big outing from their star running back.
Darian Mensah, Miami QB: Higher than 274.5 pass yards
No one has been able to slow Mensah down yet this season, and I don’t think Florida State will be the team to do it. If Jeremiah Smith has a slow day against a tough Indiana defense, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mensah become the Heisman Trophy frontrunner once again.
Our Week 6 NFL Picks
Here’s who we’re backing on NFL Sunday:
Andrew Olson
Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers RB: Higher than 69.5 rush yards
In his last 2 games, Hubbard has rushed for 82 and 122. Rested coming off a bye, Hubbard draws a Philadelphia defense that has allowed primary ball-carriers to go 84, 80 and 72 over the last 3 games.
Kenneth Walker III, Kansas City Chiefs RB: Higher than 89.5 rush yards
Walker is off to a sensational start, already cracking triple digits on the ground 3 times in the young season. The Chiefs face the Chargers in Week 6, which should be a favorable matchup for Walker to stay hot.
Jameis Winston, New York Giants QB: Higher than 224.5 pass yards
Next up for Jameis and the Giants is New Orleans, which has a middle-of-the-pack passing defense. Winston has thrown for 576 yards over his last 2 outings, a sign that heโs back in the New York groove.
Adam Spencer
Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons RB: Higher than 89.5 rush yards
The Bears defense is bad. Bijan Robinson is good. Let’s not overthink this. Robinson is having an amazing season and even if the Falcons lose to the Bears, I think he’ll go for 100+ yards on the ground.
Puka Nacua, LA Rams WR: Higher than 89.5 receiving yards
The problem with Nacua is that he’s pretty consistently banged up. But when he’s on the field, he’s a production machine. The Rams can’t afford to lose to the Cardinals this week, so I like Nacua to put up 90+ yards fairly easily.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers WR: Higher than 79.5 receiving yards
Christian Watson is a top 5 receiver in the NFL when he’s healthy. Well, he’s healthy now. And the Dallas defense is not good. I’m going with Watson and Jordan Love to connect on a few deep balls in this one.
