Washington QB Dwayne Haskins misses final snap of first career NFL win to take selfies with fans

Former Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins picked up his first win as a starter on Sunday as the Washington Redskins knocked off the Detroit Lions 19-16. But his behavior at the end of the game may be remembered most from this game.
Haskins reportedly missed the final play of the game, a kneel down, because he was taking selfies with fans behind the bench, and the coaching staff couldn’t find him.
“We were looking for him too….I don’t laugh at it,” interim Washington coach Bill Callahan said, according to Thom Loverro. “I’m happy we won. We’ll address it.”
Haskins was 13-of-29 passing for 156 yards and an interception, but led the Redskins into field goal range after an interception by Quinton Dunbar.
It wasn’t pretty for Haskins, who also fumbled, and was sacked three times, but he did enough with three carries for 28 yards. The win improves the Redskins to 2-9, but there’s likely more to come out of Haskins’ end-of-game behavior going forward.
