WATCH: Da’Shawn Hand swallows Aaron Rodgers on strip-sack, somehow grabs football

Da’Shawn Hand was drafted by the Detroit Lions to make life difficult for the likes of Green Bay QB Aaron Rodgers.
Hand, the former Alabama defensive lineman, achieved that objective and then some on Sunday with a strip-sack fumble recovery in one sequence. The play then setup Detroit for a touchdown as the Lions got off to a 24-0 lead by halftime.
The Lions were looking to upgrade their defense, both in the draft with the likes of Hand in the fourth round, and with the hiring of defensive-minded Matt Patricia from New England.
Throughout the draft process, Hand was thought to have the frame to play in the NFL, but his motivation and urgency was questioned. If he keeps up with plays like this, those questions will go away like scoring drives for the other team.
