WATCH: UGA 5-star RB commit Zamir White had another big night

This could easily turn into a weekly occurrence, but Georgia fans got another dose of excitement Friday night after a big performance by 5-star commit Zamir White.
The Laurinburg, N.C. running back turned in several big runs during a performance that included 14 carries for 136 yards and three touchdowns He also had a nine-yard catch in 34-21 win, per 247sports.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder is the No. 1 running back and the No. 6 overall recruit in the nation according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. The 2018 U.S. Army All-American chose Georgia over Alabama, Clemson, North Carolina, and Ohio State.

In June, White committed to Georgia after he had a big start to his high school career. In three years, White rushed for over 5,000 yards and 85 touchdowns. He’s also been compared favorably with former Georgia running back Todd Gurley, another North Carolina native.
