The coach got a huge steal Wednesday morning when three-star receiver Tyler Simmons opted to sign with Georgia this morning instead of upholding his commitment to Alabama. He’s rated as the nation’s No. 62 receiver this year and is from Powder Springs, Ga.
Smart, the former long-time defensive coordinator at Alabama, has hit the ground running in recruiting for Georgia.
