Two of the biggest names in college sports were present for Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.

ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit and Arkansas basketball coach John Calipari were treated to one of the most memorable NBA games in decades. The Knicks trailed by 29 points in the 2nd half, but surged back and won the game thanks to a last-second tip-in from OG Anunoby.

Calipari has deep ties to the Knicks and coached played on both teams during his time at Kentucky. On social media after the game, Calipari gave shoutouts to Karl-Anthony Towns, De’Aaron Fox and Keldon Johnson, as well as Knicks executives Leon Rose and William Wesley.

Calipari also posted a photo with actor Adam Sandler:

Herbstreit also had a great time at the game as he was a guest of former ESPN executive Mark Shapiro. He posted a video from his court-side seat of Anunoby’s game-winning tip-in with just over 1 second remaining in the game:

The Knicks now hold a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals over Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs. Game 5 will be played in San Antonio on Saturday night. If the Spurs are able to extend the series, the Knicks would have a chance to close it out at home on Tuesday at Madison Square Garden.
