Ja’Marr Chase and the Cincinnati Bengals faced off against the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday in a battle between AFC contenders. During the game, Chase caught a pass and had his facemask grabbed by a Jaguars defender. As the defender let go, he took a big hit that forced him to leave the game and go to the blue tent to be evaluated.

After that, he was ruled out for the rest of the game due to a concussion and finished the game with three catches for 27 yards.

Chase had a quiet outing in Week 1, but he had 16 catches for 163 yards and 3 touchdowns in the last two games.

One thing that Chase has been able to do throughout his NFL career is stay mostly healthy from a full-season perspective. The fewest games he has ever played in a season is 12, while missing only two combined games in the other four games. That said, Chase has suffered a few minor injuries before such as a hip fracture which kept him out 4 games in 2022.

Jacksonville leads Cincinnati by 6 points nearing the start of the 4th quarter.
