Ole Miss is starting to gain some momentum in recruiting as the Rebels just picked up their second in-state commitment this week.

The latest pledge comes from 6-foot, 180-pound Winona native An’Darius Coffey. The Winona Secondary School product does not currently have a recruiting ranking in the 247Sports database, however, he does hold a scholarship offer from Southern Miss. Matt Luke just confirmed Coffey’s commitment on Twitter.

While listed as an athlete, Coffey plays quarterback and defensive back for Winona Secondary School. His pledge give the Rebels a total of seven commitments in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Coffey announced his decision with the following comments:

“First, I will give all the glory to God. I will also like to thank my loved ones and my football family that I love dearly. Without you, none of this would be possible. I have thought about this decision thoroughly for the advancement of my academic and athletic career. With that being said, I would like to announce my commitment to the University of Mississippi. #HottyToddy #FinsUp #MississippiMade”
