Lane Kiffin trolls Paul Finebaum over latest missed prediction
Lane Kiffin has never been shy about voicing his opinion about longtime SEC analyst Paul Finebaum. On Tuesday morning, the Ole Miss head coach went out of his way to troll Finebaum yet again.
Kiffin re-posted a clip on social media from Finebaum’s show last week where a fan asked if he believed there was any chance Cal would upset Auburn on Saturday.
The longtime SEC analyst stated there was “no chance.” Ultimately Auburn fell to Cal 17-14, and Kiffin decided to use Finebaum’s failed prediction as ammo to troll him.
The Rebels head coach posted an emoji above the clip, tagging Finebaum with the words “What are you good at again?”
🤔 @finebaum What are you good at again?? 🤷♂️ https://t.co/nWxms4zK1n

This isn’t the first time Kiffin has publicly called out Finebaum, either. Over the summer at SEC Media Days, the Ole Miss head coach sat down with the SEC analyst and went out of his way to bring up an incident from the past where Finebaum referred to Kiffin as the “Miley Cyrus of college football.”
“We were playing that night and you were on ‘College GameDay’ and you had to make your big splash. They were watching it because I know the other person in the room that was watching it with them,” said Kiffin. “And you said what a joke I was, I’m the Miley Cyrus of college football coaching and I should be fired. They looked at each other and later that night, I was fired.”
It was clear Kiffin took that personally and he questioned Finebaum to his face with the same words he tweeted today.
“So you were wrong on that,” Kiffin said. “I mean, you put me down with that. Really, I don’t know what you’re good at. You predicted Coach Saban was done. That didn’t happen. You basically said Miley Cyrus stinks and she’s still going.”
It’s obvious the Ole Miss head coach doesn’t forget things said about him in the past — and considering he’s one of the more active college football coaches on social media — it’s no surprise to see him troll Finebaum once again.
