The Rebels just made a great addition to the team’s roster looking ahead to the upcoming college basketball season as Arizona State graduate transfer Romello White has picked Ole Miss over Georgia and Vanderbilt.

News of White’s decision was first reported by Jeff Goodman of Stadium. The Atlanta native will be eligible immediately for the Rebels next season as a graduate transfer.

The forward averaged 10.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game last season for the Sun Devils. White is now the second former Sun Devil to join Kermit Davis’ programs as former Arizona State assistant Levi Watkins is on staff in Oxford.

Following his decision, White offered up his comment on why Ole Miss was the right place for him according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN: “I feel like I could come in and really make a difference. For my last year I wanted to be somewhere I’m comfortable and I felt like Ole Miss was the place.”

Without a doubt, the Rebels got better today.
