Russell Gage will not be making the trip to Germany with his Tampa Bay Buccaneer teammates in Week 10.

The former LSU WR has carved out a role as a complementary receiver in the NFL. For the Tigers, Gage was used sparingly on offense until 2017, when the receiver had 21 catches and 28 rush attempts.

Gage has been dealing with a hamstring injury and has not played since Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers.

The 2022 season is the 1st in Tampa Bay for Gage, who came over after 4 seasons in Atlanta. Gage’s most productive season came in 2020, when he collected 72 catches for 786 yards and 4 TDs.

The Buccaneers and Seahawks are set to battle in the 1st regular season NFL game to be played in Germany. Tom Brady will be without a starting WR and starting OL for the game.

The Buccaneers have been one of the NFL’s biggest surprises, entering Week 10 with a 4-5 record.
