As with any other year, several former SEC standouts went undrafted during the three-day draft event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Undoubtedly, most of these former players will sign free agent contracts with NFL teams, and those will be announced over the next few days.

The biggest names to not get drafted were LSU wide receiver Travin Dural and Texas A&M wide receivers Speedy Noil and Ricky Seals-Jones. Noil and Seals-Jones were both underclassmen.

Another name that went surprisingly undrafted was Mississippi State wide receiver Fred Ross. Ross is one of the greatest receivers in MSU history, and he shattered seven school records – three single season and four career records. Ross is MSU’s record holder in consecutive games with a reception (35), receptions (199), 100-yard receiving games (10) and receiving yards (2,528).
