Former Auburn wide receiver Ben Obomanu is repping his home team while attending the University of Alabama School of Law.
Obomanu graduated from Selma High School in Alabama as a valedictorian, and he played at Auburn from 2002-05, catching 97 passes for 1,313 yards and 18 touchdowns during his four-year career. The most important stat Obomanu may argue, however, is during his time at Auburn, the Tigers finished 4-0 against the Crimson Tide.
The Seattle Seahawks drafted Obomanu in the seventh round of the 2006 NFL draft, and he played seven years in the NFL, six years with the Seahawks and one with the New York Jets.
But Obomanu is finishing what he started on the academic side now, getting a law degree from Alabama.
