One of the best matchups in college football this weekend is an SEC clash between No. 4 Georgia and No. 12 Auburn. It’s a difficult game to predict, as it could go either way with the Tigers having the home-field advantage.

Four CBS Sports Network analysts gave their picks for the matchup earlier this week, and they were split down the middle. Aaron Taylor and Randy Cross went with the Bulldogs, while Brian Jones and Rick Neuheisel picked the Tigers.

The four analysts also gave their breakdown of the matchup and what to expect:

Both Georgia and Auburn have had strong seasons so far. The Bulldogs’ only loss was a surprising double-overtime home defeat to South Carolina, but they own wins over Florida and Notre Dame. The Tigers’ only two losses were to LSU and Florida, and they have a victory over Oregon.

Over the years, Georgia and Auburn have had a competitive rivalry series, as the Bulldogs currently hold the advantage, 59-56-8. They’ve also beat the Tigers in the last two matchups between the schools, as well as five of the last six.

Georgia will look to continue its recent success against Auburn when the two teams play Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
