Danny Kanell ranks his top 8 teams after every week of the college football season.
So far this year, he’s had Alabama in the top spot. Following a wild Week 3, he has the Tide joined by 3 other SEC squads in his top 8.
As you can see below, the Tide once again are in that No. 1 spot, followed by Georgia at No. 3, Ole Miss at No. 7 and Texas A&M at No. 8:

In 2 weeks, we’ll get to see Ole Miss travel to Tuscaloosa to take on the Crimson Tide. That’s going to be a heck of a ballgame.
We’ll see where both those teams stand next Sunday in Kanell’s top 8.
