Week 2 was a bit of a let down week for some teams around the country.

Multiple teams in the top 10, like Texas A&M, survived close calls despite upset-hungry performances from scrappy teams keen on pulling an upset early in the season. But the SEC still featured 8 teams in ESPN’s latest power rankings following Week 2 action.

Of course, the biggest upset in college football this week came when Oregon knocked off Ohio State in Columbus. It had a lasting impact across the college football landscape. The win was Oregon’s first victory over Ohio State in program history and snapped a nine-game losing streak to the Buckeyes. It also gave the Pac-12 a serious early-season boost for a possible College Football Playoff berth.

This is how each SEC team was ranked:

1. Alabama
2. Georgia
8. Texas A&M
9. Florida
14. Ole Miss
19. Arkansas
23. Kentucky
24. Auburn
