ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) predicts the outcome of each college football game each week.

The projections for this week include the Georgia-Tennessee matchup. The undefeated Bulldogs are traveling to Knoxville to take on the 7-3 Tennessee Volunteers.

The Vols are coming off of a disappointing blowout loss to the Missouri Tigers. The Bulldogs, however, are coming off another convincing win, dominating the Ole Miss Rebels 52-17.

FPI gives the Bulldogs a 69.3% implied win probability. This means the Vols are big underdogs at home, with just over a 30% chance to win.

The Bulldogs are led by quarterback Carson Beck, who has thrown for over 3,000 yards this season with 18 passing touchdowns. The Georgia offense has continued to trudge along, even missing Brock Bowers for a few weeks after he suffered an injury against Vanderbilt.

The Vols have undergone a change of identity this season. After being one of the most explosive passing offenses in the league last year, this year’s team leans on the run. Jaylen Wright leads the team with 848 yards and 3 TDs.

The Bulldogs are favored by 10.5 points in Knoxville and the over/under is 59.5. The 2 SEC East rivals will kick off from Neyland Stadium on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
