The Florida State Seminoles seem to have some buyer’s remorse after hiring Willie Taggart away from Oregon this offseason.

The Noles are a disappointing 1-2 after losing to Syracuse on Saturday, with only a narrow victory over Samford on their resume.

Now, it appears fans are already trying to raise money to buy out Taggart’s contract. On GoFundMe, there’s a page with a $21.2 million goal that was started after the Labor Day loss to Virginia Tech.

Yes, it only has raised $51 toward its lofty goal, but the fact that at least one FSU fan is looking to raise money “so that FSU doesn’t go bankrupt trying to hire a real D1 Coach” is a concerning sign.

Things may get worse for FSU before they get better, so brace yourselves for a bumpy ride in Tallahassee this year.
