FSU QB has bizarre answer for biggest difference between high school and college
Usually, colleges try to prepare their athletes to deal with the media, especially before a big event like the ACC Kickoff.
However, Florida State QB Deondre Francois may have been caught off-guard when he was asked a question about what he thinks is the biggest difference between high school and college.
Francois responded that “the females” are the biggest adjustment he’s had to make, which is simply a bizarre response when considering the recent high-profile stories about college athletes mistreating and assaulting women.
Deondre Francois asked biggest adjustment from HS to college. “Probably the females. You’re on your own, they’re on their own.”

Francois was just giving an innocent answer to an innocent question, but coach Jimbo Fisher and the FSU athletic department will likely have a conversation with their star quarterback before they allow him to meet with the media again.
It was a rather easy transition on the field for Francois at FSU. The redshirt freshman threw for 3,350 yards, 20 touchdowns and just seven INTs, and the next time we’ll see him will be against Alabama in Week 1.
