Based on Jason Marshall’s recent update to his college recruitment, there’s a good chance the Miami native plays his college football in the Southeastern Conference.

The five-star prospect from Miami Palmetto High School recently shared his three finalists and listed Alabama, Florida and Clemson as the favorites to land his signature come signing day. Interestingly, although not entirely surprising given their recent seasons on the football field, the Miami Hurricanes are nowhere to be found on the list.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Marshall is rated as a five-star prospect, the No. 3 cornerback in the nation and the No. 29 overall recruit in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings. Marshall is currently scheduled to play in the 2021 Under Armour All-American Game before he enrolls in college.

Marshall currently plays both sides of the ball for Miami Palmetto High School but is projected as one of the nation’s best defensive back prospects for a reason.
