Don’t count former West Virginia receiver and NFL Draft hopeful Kevin White one who’s impressed with SEC defenses.

While on ESPN’s First Take, White didn’t hold back when talking about the conference. The discussion revolved around Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper going against SEC defenses week-in and week-out, and White made it a point to make sure everyone knew he wasn’t impressed with the conference’s defenses.

“Talking about SEC, right?” said White. “What did I do against SEC? Whatever I wanted. I played Alabama, and I did what I wanted. I played Texas A&M, and I did what I wanted. Who else you want me to play?

“I wish I could play LSU so I could do whatever I wanted, too.”

Against Alabama, White caught nine passes for 143 yards and one touchdown, and against Texas A&M, he caught seven passes for 129 yards and one touchdown.

White had good production against both secondaries, but his team was 0-2 respectively.

He finished the season with 149 receptions for 1,447 yards and 10 touchdowns. Comparatively, Amari Cooper finished with 124 receptions for 1,727 yards and 16 touchdowns.
