Former Ohio State wide receivers coach Zach Smith is standing by his claim that he never abused his ex-wife, contradicting reports that have stated otherwise.

Smith was fired when the domestic violence allegations became public. After a two-week investigation conducted by Ohio State, coach Urban Meyer received a three-game suspension.

Smith also defended Meyer in several of his tweets.
