NFL officially moves Rams-Chiefs Monday Night Football game from Mexico City
One of the best games of the NFL season was set to be played on Monday Night Football this week, with the Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs meeting in Mexico City.
However, concerns about the state of the Estadio Azteca field led to some big name players reportedly threatening to boycott the game.
Therefore, the NFL officially announced on Tuesday afternoon that the game would be moved to Los Angeles:

Considering this was the state of the turf at Estadio Azteca, moving the game was probably the right call:

What this means for the future of the NFL in Mexico remains to be seen, but now this big-time matchup will be played at a field with proper turf.
