Harbor is listed as a 6-foot-5, 225-pound athlete from Washington, DC. Not only is he a tremendous football player, but he’s also an excellent student and a track star.
Harbor is ranked as the nation’s No. 1 overall athlete and the nation’s No. 12 overall prospect for the class of 2023, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
The two-way talent plays wide receiver and both outside linebacker and defensive end. He may project as a tight end in college; however, he has the frame to play linebacker or edge.
The Archbishop Carroll star narrowed his list down to 7 schools Saturday — Georgia, LSU, Southern Cal, Maryland, South Carolina, Michigan and Miami.
