College football guru predicts 10 SEC teams will play in the postseason for 2019.

Like most of the country, Steele predicts Alabama and Georgia will make the College Football Playoff. Steele has Alabama playing Michigan in round one, while Georgia plays Clemson in round two. Of the four, Steele thinks Alabama and Clemson will play for the national championship (again).

According to Steele, four SEC teams won’t go bowling — Arkansas, Kentucky, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt. The biggest surprise here is, of course, Kentucky, as the Cats are coming off of a 10-win season in 2018.

Below are Steele’s projections:

College Football Playoff

Fiesta Bowl: Alabama vs. Michigan
Peach Bowl: Georgia vs. Clemson

Other SEC Bowl Projections

Sugar Bowl: LSU vs. Oklahoma
Outback Bowl: Auburn vs. Michigan State
Gator Bowl: Mississippi State vs. Wisconsin
Texas Bowl: Tennessee vs. Oklahoma State
Music City Bowl: *Missouri vs. Wake Forest
Belk Bowl: Texas A&M vs. NC State
Liberty Bowl: Florida vs. Texas Tech
Independence Bowl: South Carolina vs. Boston College

*Missouri is currently ineligible for a bowl game, but Steele has gone on the record as saying he thinks the NCAA overturns the bowl ban.
