When it comes to college football uniform and helmet concepts, few are more talented than Instagram wonder and design guru SEC Frenzy. Incorporating the latest trends and styles, SEC Frenzy brings several appealing gameday ideas to the table with precise execution.

Here’s a few of his best 2014 creations:

ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE — Chrome; Chances are slim that Nick Saban — along with deep-pocketed boosters — would allow a storied program to steer from tradition into the modern realm, but we can dream right? Alabama doesn’t need any additional exposure brought by the glitz and glam of new threads no matter how good an updated helmet may look under the lights at Bryant-Denny.

AUBURN TIGERS — Chrome decal and facemask, matte shell + gloss stripes; Under Armour’s been foaming at the mouth for several years since agreeing to terms to outfit the Tigers in 2006, waiting for the go-ahead to move forward with alternate uniform plans. It ain’t happening. Former Auburn quarterback Cam Newton, the company’s featured athlete, is the closest UA is going to get to original ideas with anything related to the Tigers, doing so with funky-colored cleats in recent years.

ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS — Matte gradient shell, chrome decal + facemask; Arkansas seems receptive to gradient shells, but this one’s different. Last season, the Razorbacks donned a chrome decal on their white helmets. This would look even sweeter.

OLE MISS REBELS — Matte two-tone shell, chrome stripe + decal; What if the Ole Miss pulled something like this concept out for the Alabama game? Intriguing for sure. Fans would go wild and the entire first quarter of the broadcast would be dedicated to the Rebels’ new addition.

SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS — Matte shell + reflective stripe + decal + facemask; Back in black! We know Steve Spurrier’s not a fan, but the Gamecocks have earned an alternate after three straight 11-win seasons, right?
TEXAS A&M AGGIES — Matte carbon fiber + chrome decal; Texas A&M’s welcomed several new combinations since Adidas redesigned its uniform template in 2012. Another helmet choice would compliment the much-improved threads.
