The roof at NRG Stadium is leaking as Houston deals with inclement weather on Monday night.

Multiple reporters who are inside NRG Stadium in advance of Michigan vs. Washington in the national title game have shared video of the apparent issues with the stadium’s roof. Houston has been experiencing severe weather throughout the day and tornados have also been spotted in the area.

Here’s video of the leak, which seems to be over the Michigan end zone:

Presumably, crews at NRG Stadium are working to correct the issue prior to kickoff at approximately 7:30 p.m. ET. This is the first time NRG Stadium has hosted a national championship game during the College Football Playoff era.

Michigan is the favorite in this game after it defeated Alabama in overtime in the Rose Bowl last week. The Wolverines needed a comeback win to beat Alabama and advance to its first national championship game in program history. Washington held off a late comeback attempt by Texas in the Sugar Bowl to advance to this game.

Both programs enter the national championship game with perfect 14-0 records.
