There’s nothing quite like a border rivalry in college football, but on Saturday night the battle between Tennessee and Kentucky was off the field as well as on it.

During a tight contest between the Vols and Wildcats, a fight broke out between fans in the stands and it led to both Tennessee and Kentucky fans jumping over seats in order to try and fight one another.

Luckily it looked like nobody got seriously hurt in the scuffle, but there will likely be some awkward exchanges if the fans are seated near one another for the rest of the game.

Security at Kroger Field is hoping the physicality will be left on the field for the rest of the game, and the matchup is setting up to go down to the wire.

The Vols lead 26-24 heading into the final quarter, but Tennessee is gearing up to punt it away to start the 4th quarter. Kentucky is looking for a big drive to take the lead.
