Jimbo Fisher might’ve just added his quarterback of the future.

The Aggies just landed their 2019 quarterback, and they went across state lines to do so.

On Thursday night, Elite 11 quarterback Zach Calzada gave his verbal commitment to Texas A&M.

He shared the announcement via Twitter:

The Buford, Ga. native is the No. 18 pro-style quarterback and the No. 431 player in the 2019 class.

He’s got a long list of offers, which include Georgia, Oklahoma State, Tennessee and West Virginia. He recently visited the likes of Clemson, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCLA and UNC.

The Aggies are already loaded for 2019. They currently boast the No. 2 class in the nation with 17 verbal commitments on board.

It’s safe to say that Fisher isn’t having any problems settling into his new recruiting digs.
