Demond Demas has had several legal developments this week following his arrest and suspension related to an alleged domestic incident.

Now one of his alleged victims has visited with Brent Zwerneman of The Houston Chronicle, and “she believes justice is finally starting to be served” against the former Texas A&M wide receiver, Zwerneman reported.

Demas is accused of assaulting his girlfriend last week. The Houston Chronicle reported that a probable cause affidavit stated that Demas’ girlfriend alleged that he “pushed her head into a wall” and threw her off a bed after she bit him in the shoulder.

But on Thursday, the day after he was suspended by Texas A&M, Demas and a relative were the victims of assaults outside the university’s student services building, WTAW reported.

University police reported that Demas and a relative were on their way to a university hearing regarding last weekend’s charge of assaulting his girlfriend. According to UPD arrest reports, Demas was struck by Robert Ferguson with enough force that Demas fell to the ground. Demas said the blow he took did not leave bruising or marks.

Ferguson’s wife, Tiffany, is accused of hitting Demas’s relative in the face. Both women received medical treatment at the scene.

The Fergusons, who according to a police spokesman know Demas, were booked at the Brazos County jail on misdemeanor charges of assault by contact.

Robert Ferguson was a Aggie football receiver in 2000 who then spent seven seasons in the NFL
