Dolly Parton is as Tennessee as it gets. She’s also adored by Big Orange Nation as a long-time supporter of Volunteer football.

Parton is bringing the 2 together with new releases aimed at UT fans. The iconic singer has released a new line of Tennessee-themed merchandise featuring the program colors and logo.

Tennessee fans also have the opportunity to land the special Vols edition of Parton’s new album “Rockstar.” The 2 CD set features a live version of “Rocky Top.”

Parton, 77, was inspired to record “Rockstar” after being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022. The album features performances from Sting, Steve Perry, Ann Wilson, John Fogerty, Steven Tyler, Stevie Nicks, Chris Stapleton, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Rob Halford, Nikki Sixx and others. It is set to be released on Nov. 17.

A Tennessee native, Parton has been the subject of multiple fan campaigns to be the College GameDay celebrity guest picker in Knoxville. We’ll see if the Vols and Parton can make it happen this season.
