After just three seasons on the job, Jeremy Pruitt is reportedly out at Tennessee.

News of Pruitt’s departure from Tennessee is being reported by Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports.

Pruitt finishes his time at Tennessee with a 16-19 overall record after finishing last season at 3-7.

Tennessee was picked to play in the Liberty Bowl this year but did not make it due to COVID issues within the program.

Tennessee’s lone bowl appearance during Pruitt was a Gator Bowl win over Indiana at the end of the 2019 season.

Now the big question on Rocky Top is, of course, who will be the next coach to lead the program.

Well, Vol Twitter has already decided on the coach it wants to come to Knoxville.

That would be Liberty’s, Hugh Freeze.
