Jalin Hyatt explains why he's open all the time, reveals plan for record-setting TD ball

Jalin Hyatt is making it look way too easy.

He broke the Tennessee single-season record for most touchdown receptions in a single season on Saturday against Kentucky, snagging 2 touchdowns in the 44-6 win. He’s up to 14 touchdowns on the season after his pair of scores Saturday.

And he was not going to let the officials take his record-breaking ball.

Hyatt scored the first touchdown of the game against the Wildcats, a 55-yard jaunt of for a score. He switched on a linebacker and let his speed do the rest for the second one. Both were painfully easy catches.

It seems like Hyatt is always wide open. He explained why postgame.

Hyatt looks for more strong play against Georgia next week in the Vols’ most important game of the season to date.
