Jeremy Pruitt getting some recognition as SEC Coach of the Year candidate following win over Kentucky
Jeremy Pruitt, SEC Coach of the Year?
That would have seemed like a ridiculous proposition just a few weeks ago but ESPN’s Laura Rutledge seemed to suggest that’s the way she is leaning after Tennessee picked up a 24-7 win over No. 11 Kentucky on Saturday. The win improved the Volunteers to 5-5 on the season and one win away from making a bowl game with two opportunities — vs. Missouri and at Vanderbilt — before the regulars season comes to an end.
Rutledge shared her thoughts on Twitter following the game:
Jeremy Pruitt… SEC coach of the year.

What do you think, should Pruitt be considered for the award over the likes of Nick Saban, Dan Mullen, Ed Orgeron and Mark Stoops?
