Tennessee is in the hunt for one of the best players in the country in the class of 2024.

Jadyn Davis, a 5-star QB prospect from Charlotte, NC, announced his top 5 schools via Twitter on Friday. Tennessee is the only SEC school to make the list, along with Ohio State, Michigan, North Carolina, and Clemson.

Davis is set to make his college decision in a televised live event on ESPN’s SportsCenter on March 31.

The QB prospect would be a huge get for the Vols. According to 247 Sports, Davis the No. 1 prospect in the state of North Carolina and No. 2 quarterback in the country.

As a high school junior, Davis won the Gatorade Player of the Year award for leading his team to a state championship, throwing for 3,425 yards and 43 touchdowns with just 6 interceptions.

We’ll see if Davis will call Neyland home as he makes his commitment next Friday.
