Tennessee football travels to Lexington to take on Kentucky this Saturday under the lights of Kroger Field.

The Vols fell to Alabama in a tale of 2 halves last week. Tennessee won the first half then fell apart to lose the 2nd half and the game. The Vols now sit at 5-2 on the season and get a Kentucky team that they’ve bested 2 seasons in a row.

And on Thursday, Tennessee’s social media revealed the Vols’ uniform combo for Week 9. The Vols will once again roll with the stormtrooper all-white look, complete with black cleats (to the dismay of some fans)

Check out the look below:

The Vols have not fared well on the road this season thus far. Josh Heupel’s squad is 0-2 on the road with losses to Florida and Alabama. And across that stretch, they’ve only played 1 half of good football. The other 3 have been easily Tennessee’s worst of the season thus far.

That raises some questions about the efficacy of Heupel’s offensive system on the road, for some. How much of an affect does a road crowd have on Tennessee wanting to play up-tempo, and will Kentucky force Tennessee into similar problems that fans at Ben Hill Griffin and Bryant-Denny have this year?

Definitely something to watch out for. Tennessee and Kentucky will square off at 7 p.m. on ESPN Saturday night.
