Florida cornerback Jalen Tabor gave fans a personal media day session on his Periscope account Monday. During the 16-minute Q&A video, Tabor was asked who inspired him.
His answer? Himself.
“Me,” Tabor said at the 1:38 mark. “Just where I come from. That’s what really inspires me.”
In fairness, Tabor did elaborate more on his upbringing later in the video when asked what advice he’d give to kids in a similar situation.
“Everything is possible,” Tabor said. “I’m a living testimony. I’m from the DMV, P.G. County. D.C. Google it. I shouldn’t have made it out. Feel me?”
Tabor also continued to throw shade at SEC East rival Tennessee, which has been a recurring theme this offseason.
