Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace committed two turnovers and missed two series with an ankle injury in the first half of Saturday’s showdown with Arkansas.

Nonetheless, he was still able to break Eli Manning’s 11-year old school record for total offense in a career, passing Manning on the Rebels’ first drive of the third quarter.

Wallace’s record was confirmed by the Ole Miss athletics department.

Manning graduated from Ole Miss with 10,151 yards of offense in four years with the Rebels. Wallace is in his third year as the Rebels’ quarterback and made his 36th career start in Saturday’s showdown with the Razorbacks.
