The Florida Gators are locked in a tight competition with Michigan and Miami for the services of a 2017 four-star offensive lineman.

Kai-Leon Herbert, a 6-foot-5, 284-pound tackle from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, tweeted that his final decision would be made on Wednesday, July 6:

Other SEC schools like Tennessee, Auburn, Mississippi State, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU and Ole Miss were also involved in the early stages of Herbert’s recruiting process.

According to 247sports.com, Herbert is the No. 22 offensive tackle in the class of 2017 and the No. 31 prospect in the state of Florida.
