Razorbacks view screening of film about late Arkansas walk-on great
The story of late Arkansas walk-on Brandon Burlsworth will soon reach a wide audience with the scheduled release of “Greater,” a movie based on the biography “Eyes of a Champion.”
Bret Bielema’s squad was recently treated to an early screening of the movie. Judging by the players’ tweets, they came away impressed and inspired by the film.

Burlsworth played at Arkansas from 1994-1998. As a redshirt sophomore, he earned a scholarship and starting spot at right guard. In 1997 and 1998, he earned All-SEC honors and was a first-team All-American his senior season.
He was selected in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. His life was tragically cut short after he was killed in a car accident that April near Alpena, Arkansas after working out in Fayetteville.
