Jim McElwain updates status of RB Jordan Cronkrite

Florida was able to notch a 24-10 win over Georgia on Saturday despite being short-handed at running back.

Sophomore Jordan Cronkrite didn’t make the trip to Jacksonville this Saturday for the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. Many believed this was because of an undisclosed injury, but Jim McElwain made it seem as if that wasn’t exactly the case:

Cronkite has carried the ball 26 times for 112 yards and a TD for the year.

We’ll see if he makes any more appearances for the Gators this fall.
