Auburn RB Kamryn Pettway knows size is his biggest advantage.

The 6-foot, 240-pound sophomore is built like a defensive end and runs like a bowling ball.

He told AL.com that he knows he’s a handful for defenders and wants to use that to his advantage:

“Nobody really wants to tackle me,” Pettway said. “I’m so big and I’m a bruiser… I want to hit you before you hit me. I want to bring the pain to you.”

So far, that style of running has paid off for Pettway. He has 933 yards on 148 attempts this year and has scored seven touchdowns.

Pettway’s continued success will be important if the Tigers want to pull off an upset of Alabama later this year and shake up the College Football Playoff rankings.
