Report: Former Auburn, Ole Miss coach Tommy Tuberville steps down at Cincinnati

Tommy Tuberville, who coached at Auburn from 1999-2008 and at Ole Miss from 1995-1998, will step down from his position at Cincinnati, according to FootballScoop sources.
The Bearcats finished the 2016 season with a disappointing 4-8 record and thus won’t be going to a bowl game this month.
Tuberville has been at Cincinnati since 2013, amassing a record of 29-22. He has an overall career record of 159-99.
At age 62, it wouldn’t be surprising if Tuberville tries to land another head coaching job. We’ll have to wait and see where the two-time SEC Coach of the Year ends up in 2017.
