Jake Fruhmorgen has reportedly made his decision, picking Florida as his transfer destination over SEC cross-division rival LSU. After spending two seasons on Clemson’s roster, Fruhmorgen announced he would transfer from the ACC team in February.

News of Fruhmorgen’s decision was first reported by Luke Stampini of Gator Bait/247Sports.

Fruhmorgen, a 6-foot-6, 288-pound offensive lineman, rated as a four-star prospect in the 2015 recruiting cycle and was a 2015 U.S. Army All-American. He chose to sign with Clemson over offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, among many others.

After starting the first eight games of the 2016 season at right tackle, Fruhmorgen was injured and was replaced by Sean Pollard. Fruhmorgen never regained his starting role with Clemson before announcing his decision to transfer.
